Vikas Dubey (born December 26, 1964-died July 10, 2020) is an Indian Gangster, Politician, and History-Sheeter from Bikaru (Uttar Pradesh, India). The first criminal case registered against him in the year 1990.

By the year 2020, around 60 criminal cases registered against in the Uttar Pradesh Police Department records. At a young age, he associated with criminal activities and made a gang in his hometown.

His mother looked ashamed of the bad deeds of him. Vikas accused of killing eight UP Police Officers on July 3, 2020, in the Bikaru Village.

In 2001, he killed Santosh Shukla (BJP Leader). He went to the police station in the presence of the police officers he fired bullets on Mr. Shukla.

The Kanpur Police Department planned to raid his house in the Bikaru village. Vikas Dubey received the raid news a few hours ago. He used his power and cut off the electricity in the village. With the help of his team members, he kept a JCB machine near his house.

All the five members of his gang including his Nephew Amar Dubey went to the balcony of the house. Soon, the Kanpur police arrived in the village. They found that there was no electricity in the village. The police team was unable to understand at that time.

Soon, Vikas and his gang leaders started firing on the police. Eight police officers of the team died in the firing. The left ones ran from there. On the next, the whole team arrived and demolished his house.

On the other hand, Vikas and Amar left the Bikaru village on July 3, 2020. They used a motorcycle and car for escaping from the police officers. Both of them reached the Faridabad region. Still, the police captured Amar and he died in the police encounter on July 8, 2020.

Soon, the MP police reached the temple and then found him sitting in the VIP area. They arrested the most-wanted criminal. In the police custody, Dubey called his name and then one of the officers slapped on his face.

He along with the police went to the Ujjain court. Soon, the Uttar Pradesh Police Department team will arrive in Ujjain to take custody of him.

Dubey took a gun and escaped on the farms. Then, the STF officers followed them. They asked him many times to surrender still, the gangster avoided him and ran. One of the officers shot dead him. Vikas Dubey immediately has taken to the Kanpur hospital where the doctors announced him dead.
