After several anticipations, Justice Kankanwadi granted transit bail to Shantanu Muluk relieving him to apply for justice in a court of law in Delhi. Also, in its order, the Bombay High Court said that a sum of Rs. 50,000 as the personal bond will be released in the name of Shantanu Muluk if he is arrested in the Toolkit Case till the period of bail is over[4]India Today.
