James Redford (born May 5, 1962 – died October 16, 2020) was a documentary filmmaker, an environmental activist, and a philanthropist from New York City, USA. Moreover, he was best to recognize as the son of Robert Redford.
He rose to fame with his first directorial effort, 2012’s “The Big Picture: Rethinking Dyslexia[1]IMDb” inspired by his son, Dylan, who struggled with dyslexia in high school, according to the Tribune. He also used to raise awareness about organ donation.

At the time of his death, Kyle said that he was finishing a documentary named “Where the Past Begins”. The short film was about ‘The Joy Luck Club’ author Amy Tan for PBS’ ‘American Masters’.
