Chris Ramsey (born August 03, 1986) is a British Actor, Comedian, Instagram Star, and Social Media Personality from South Shields, South Tyneside. He began his career back in 2007 as a host at an open-mic night in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Later, the comedian made debut with his first solo show called “Aggrophobic”. The program took place at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Furthermore, Ramsey even appeared as a guest panelist on the program “Mock the Week”.
From 2012 to 2013, he starred on the BBC TV program “Hebburn” for a lead character as Jack Pearson. Then, his fame increased after the actor performed on Live at the Apollo in 2014.

His show “Offermation” received a nomination for an Edinburgh Comedy Award. In the initial days of his career, Chris even participated in the Channel 4 series Time Crashers. Moreover, the comedian appeared in various shows as a guest panelist such as Argumental, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Sweat the Small Stuff, etc.
Currently, Ramsey is working in the show “Celebrity Juice” since 2011 as a guest panelist. Some of his other appearances in various shows are 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Celebrity Squares, A Question of Sport: Super Saturday, Virtually Famous, The John Bishop Show, and much more.
The comedian also co-presented “I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp” on ITV2 alongside Stacey Solomon, Joe Swash, and Vicky Pattison. However, he got replaced by Joel Dommett for its2017 series.
At the beginning of 2017, Ramsey launched his own series “The Chris Ramsey Show” for Comedy Central. He often performs at the “Funny Way To Be Comedy Club” in Barnard Castle.
