Chris Burrous (born January 11, 1975) is an American Journalist, Reporter and Television News Anchor from Los Angeles, California (USA). In fact, he is the employee of the KCLA5 news channel since 2011. He works as the weather reporter for the channel too. The co-host of the weather bulletin Liberte Chan takes a sweater to cover her short dress.
Chris started making fun out of it by calling her. Now, the humorous incident is named as the “Sweatergate”. Chris appears in the morning show on the weekends. However, the US-born News Anchor died due to the overdose of drugs on December 27, 2018. His body found unresponsive in the Days Inn Motel, Glendale.
Soon, the hotel staff took him to the Hospital. The doctors’ team tried hard to save him by performing CPR. Still, his life could not save. Recently, Don Corsini (General Manager & President, KCLA-5) releases a statement on Chris death. He said that all the staff remembers him for his kindness.
