Bobbie Phillips (born January 29, 1968) is an American Actress, Animal Advocate, Hotelier, and Entrepreneur from Charleston, South Carolina. She became famous with her role in CBS TV series named “The Young and the Restless” as Drucilla Winters in 1990. Furthermore, the 50-year-old actress started her acting career in 1990.
